Privacy Notice
Last updated: 1 September 2026 · call.investorbytes.com
This notice covers call.investorbytes.com, the page where you can request a free educational call from InvestorBytes. It explains exactly what this page collects, why, and what we do with it. The wider InvestorBytes privacy policy covers our main news site.
Who we are
InvestorBytes is a financial news and media publisher. We are not a registered investment adviser; we do not manage money, hold client funds or open accounts. Questions about this notice: contact us or email [email protected].
What this page collects
When you submit the callback form, we collect what you type into it:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Approximate net worth — an optional range you may select. You can leave it as “Prefer not to say” and the form still works. We ask only so the team knows roughly what level to pitch the conversation at. We never ask for account numbers, balances, statements or any other financial detail, and you should not send them to us.
- Anything you write in the optional message box
We also record, automatically: the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (utm, gclid, fbclid, msclkid), the page address, and your IP address. If you call the number instead of using the form, we do not collect any of the above from this page — only your phone number reaches us, through the call itself.
Why we collect it, and for how long
We use these details for one purpose: to call or email you back about the request you made, and to understand which campaigns produce calls. We keep form submissions for as long as we may reasonably need them for that follow-up, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in a file on our own server, outside the public web root, and emailed to our team’s inbox. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
Cookies, and the advertising tools on this page
This page loads two measurement tools so we can tell which advertising leads to a call:
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — records a page view, a call-button click and a form submission. When you submit the form we also send Meta a copy of the same event from our server, in which your name, email and phone are irreversibly hashed before they leave us. Your net worth selection is never sent to Meta, Google or any advertising platform.
- Google (Ads and Analytics) — the same kind of measurement for Google campaigns.
These set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use its “do not track” or private-browsing mode, and opt out of personalised advertising at Meta ad preferences and Google ad settings. Blocking them does not stop you using this page or requesting a call.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected] and we will action it. You can also ask us not to contact you again, at any time, and we will stop.
Children
This page is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this notice; the “last updated” date above shows the current version.
